The 7-skin method, reimagined with peptides

The 7-skin method is simple: instead of one layer of toner, you press in several thin layers, letting each absorb before the next. The result is deep, cushioned hydration — the foundation of glass skin. Here is how we do it at GHK.
Step 1: the right liquid
You want something water-light and humectant-rich, without exfoliating acids (seven layers of acid is not a good idea). Hyaluron 7 Glass Essence was designed for exactly this — seven weights of hyaluronic acid in a birch-sap base.
Step 2: press, don’t rub
Pour a coin-sized amount into your palms and press into the skin. Wait about ten seconds until it feels tacky, then repeat. Three layers is lovely; seven is the full ritual.
Step 3: seal in the peptides
Skin is at its most receptive right after the final layer. That is the moment for your treatment — Blue Copper No.1 by day, Retinol Peptide Night Serum by night — followed by a cream to lock everything in.
Thin to thick, water to cream. If you remember one rule of Korean layering, make it that one.
