Orders placed before 2 pm ET on business days ship the same day. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.

• Standard — 3–6 business days. Complimentary over the threshold shown in our announcement bar.
• Express — 1–2 business days.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Returns — our 30-day love-it guarantee

If you do not love a product, contact us within 30 days of delivery — even if it is opened — and we will offer a refund to your original payment method or an exchange.

2. We will send a prepaid return label.
3. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Gift cards and final-sale items are not returnable. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost.
